1. Promotion period
   The Halloween Week Monster Deals are available from 8:00am on Saturday 24th October 2026 until 11:59pm on Sunday 1st November 2026. To secure an offer price, a reservation must be made within this period, which may require a reservation deposit. Homes are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Enquiries made during the promotion that do not proceed to reservation before 11:59pm on 1st November 2026 will not qualify for the offer prices.
2. Offer prices
   The following savings apply to selected new homes at Kloofs Residential & Holiday Park:
   Willerby Boston: was £249,000, now £239,000 (save £10,000)
   • Pemberton Rivendale: Was £329,999, NOW £315,000 (save £14,999)
   • Willerby Mapleton: was £259,000, now £244,000 (save £15,000)
   • Willerby New Holland: was £269,000, now £249,000 (save £20,000)
   “Was” prices refer to the standard selling price of each home as advertised on our website before the promotion. All offers are subject to availability, and plots are limited.
3. What’s included in the price
   Prices include the home, furniture and kitchen equipment, skirting, and steps down from the main door. Prices do not include decking. Fixtures and furnishings vary between homes, so please ask a member of the sales team for the specification of your chosen home.
4. No site fees for 12 months
   No site fees for 12 months applies to all new residential and holiday homes bought during the promotion period. The 12 months begin on the date the sale completes. This offer covers site fees only. It does not cover utility costs, and for residential homes it does not cover Council Tax. Site fees are payable at the standard rate from the end of the 12-month period.
5. Licence terms
   Holiday homes come with an 11-month holiday licence and may not be used as a main or permanent residence. Residential homes come with a year-round residential licence. Full licence terms are set out in the written agreement provided at the time of sale.
6. General
   These offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount, and no cash alternative is available. Kloofs reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion if circumstances outside its control make that necessary. Purchases are subject to the park’s standard terms of sale and written agreement.
